4. When prompted, enter your PIN number
5. For calls within the US (expept for Alaska, Hawaii & P. R.) dial 1+ the Area Code and the telephone number.
6. For calls to any other country: Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code and the telephone number
7. Customer Service: 1-800-251-7753 Posted rates are subject to change without notice. Call time is deducted in 1-3 minute increments. Service fees of up to 15% may apply and a fee of up to $0.79 may apply after the sixth minute per call. Calls placed to mobil telephones may be billed at a higher rate. When using a toll free number from a payphone a $0.90 per call surcharge will apply. A semi-monthly fee of $0.59 will apply. Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing total minutes actually received on the card from minutes announced. Cards are not returnable or exchangeale and have no cash redemption value. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice. Card expires 3 months after first use.
